My whole head of hair ended up yellow instead of blonde. I wanted an ombré/balyage, with hints of blonde thought (not yellow) but basically got my whole head colored somehow. I was very disappointed. Corrections were made, but it was not what I wanted after spending over 3 hours at the salon.
Just had a Mani/Pedi and wouldn't you know it. If anyone can mess up a manicure it's me. Bless Erica Vilhauer! She's an angel. Repolished and put this amazing gel finish on and now my nails are sparkling fantastic!! Want great service that goes beyond? Give Erica a call.
