Worst hair cut experience I've ever had. I've gone here three times. I stumbled upon this place based on yelp reviews for a hair salon called "Star Cuts" and a promise of a first time customer discount. I tried to call to make an appointment but no one picked up so I tried to make an appointment through their website with no success. I decided to just try drop-in.
