My neighbors were a drug addicted couple that violently fistfight every night, waking up my children. The same neighbors always had multiple shady people coming over. One of their friends pulled a gun on me. Too many maintenance workers that have key access to your apartment. Many come unannounced. One of them likes to hang around late and flirt with tenants. Roaches, wasps, mice, are all common. Area is dangerous, police always called to location.

Biggest slum lords of **** **** is disrespectful . I was dropping off a money order for rent for my friend and he yelled at me was very disrespectful. Im glad im didn't have my kids with me and seen how he was . That isnt a way to run a business smh

I’ve been having issues with them they like to come into my home without permission show up when they want they haven’t fixed our house since a tree fell on it during a storm and haven’t cut the rest of the tree down they text and call being very disrespectfully and always threaten to evict

I worked for J. L. Hair for 24 years. I also rented from them at 4 different locations, and still currently reside in on of their homes, even after I became disabled and no longer work for them. They are a good, Christian company, who treat you more like family than a client. They are compassionate and understanding, and do anything to make sure your experience is a good one. Five stars, would recommend over and over!
