With lots of disappointment I am writing this. I recently had to reschedule an appointment due to an emergency. Today, when I went to pay for my completed service, the staff member ambushed me with a 'warning' because my previous reschedule allegedly didn't give 48 hours' notice. If you have a cancellation rule, you should have simply asked me to pay the fee. I would have been completely happy to pay it if I didn't meet their requirements.
