cancelled appointment 3 minutes before it was scheduled. Drive 25 min and when front desk asked if there was anything that could be done hairdresser shrugged and said no things happen sometimes. Very unprofessional and rude.
Paula and her staff are PROFESSIONALS in every sense of the word!! You will not be disappointed!!! 10 stars because 5 are NOT enough!!!

Fantastic service and atmosphere at Hair House. I had Paula work her magic on my hair today and I couldn't be happier!!! They're amazing!
I would rate -5 stars if I could. Hairdresser was snotty and rude. They COMPLETELY messed up my hair on PROM night with only 2 simple request. Never again! I'm not your kid, you just cant make a decision based on what you think looks best. I'm so mad, this place is just awful.
