If you want a good color job DO NOT GO TO HAIR FX in Altoona. They charged my daughter $760 to get pastel pink and it was yellow and pink and washed out almost completely after the first wash. They were not helpful when we went back in and practically told her hair was too healthy. They charged her for foils that was not on the quote. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER! DEFINITELY NEED A DISLIKE BUTTON.
I think they do an amazing job. I'm so happy my sister Hailey Brown works there!!!
