Terrible customer service. A friend's mother went in to have her hair dyed before my friend's wedding. They turned her hair pink. She went in the next day to get it fixed and turned it white. Refused to give a refund or to fix it. When my friends mom called to talk to the manager they would hang up before she could even get a word out. Very unprofessional. Stay far far away from this place. Spend your money elsewhere unless you want you happy messed up numerous times without getting what you actually want.
