My first time at Hair Factory this morning with Nick. He did a wonderful job on my cut and low lights. I'm really pleased with my hair and definitely will go back and see Nick. He's very personable and easy to talk with.
The service at the Hair Factory is top notch. I absolutely loved everything about my experience. Linda Mann was exceptional and did an amazing job transforming my hair. I definitely would recommend seeing her for a color change. I'm in love with my Red hair.
Had a wonderful 60 min massage with Michel on Tues. I still feel great. She is the best!
Went for the first time today and really liked it. The salon is nice, everyone is friendly, and I got a great cut and eyebrow wax. Two thumbs up!
Ask for a $15 trim no shampoo. The Two front girls laugh in my face. I alway tip them good.Not Happy Doug !

My recent visit to the Hair Factory was an awesome experience. Everyone there is really nice and they care about their clients. It shows in many ways, from the moment you are welcomed to the salon to the time you consult with your stylist who will listen to you and get your input before doing your hair.
