I am so glad I found you guys! Rockee was so awesome and had so much patience with my situation, after having my hair completely damaged by another place,she made me not only feel like it was going to be okay but she did such an amazing job on my color and cut! The staff was so nice too you can tell they love the art of Hair, also that they lift each other up when their doing someone's hair it's so nice to be in a place that is so positive. Too many more to come for me at the Hair Factory & Company.
I had the best experience at the HAIR FACTORY!!!! Chelsi did such an amazing job on my hair and she definitely knows what she is doing. I love the Hair Factory and all the staff. They are so nice and professional. It's such a happy and positive atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. You're offered coffee, water, wine etcetera. They are top notch. I love the way Chelsi Row cuts my hair. Her scalp massage is the ultimate. She is so proficient in doing the Brazilian blowout. She takes her time and makes sure every hair strand is coated. She is a doll.
The very best hair stylists ever! Mani Pedi awesome! Everyone so kind and helpful. So glad I am a client Love you all! You are a pleasure to do business with!
