I showed a picture of a pixie hair cut said leave the bangs to my eyebrows, My hair is shorter then my 5 year old grand sons. Its so short I can't do anything with it. I called and told them what happened they said they'd get back to me still haven't heard anything.

brought my 2 year old daughter to get a haircut. the lady who did it was telling me that I was torturing her by cutting her hair and wouldn't cut it the way I wanted because shes a girl and said that girls should have long hair. I will never be back.

My hair cut is noticeably uneven and my “stylist” let me walk out with the biggest, most frizzy, half wet and half dried hair. A majority of my head was still wavy curly and she had the nerve to charge me extra for using a flat iron even though she had no clue how to use it. After “using” the flat iron it looked just as bad as it did after she used the blow dryer. 2 bad experiences. the most recent was a hair dye for my daughter. made the appointment 1 week in advance. thought everything was set til I got a phone call in the middle of the week pretty much asking the same question almost sounded like she didn't want to do it. again everything was confirmed. get to my appointment and they cancelled it. never going back again.
Came in for a last minute updo, Maria did an amazing job! I got so so many compliments on my hair!!
