Pretty good. This location is actually pretty nice for a chain salon. I have been 4 times and seen 3 different stylists. I have been happy with the cuts and coloring but their pricing scheme is a little confusing and I always feel as though I'm being over-charged (for this cost, I think I could go to a more upscale place).
Hair Excitement is really suck I went there to cut my hair for the first time since 2 years ago. I wish that I could get the best, at least good service. Coz this is the first time I cut my hair in US, but I was really disappointed. After she (Jane) cut my hair, it look good, but little bit long, so I ask her to make shorter a couple inches, and then she said that she have an appointment with the next costumer, so she will cut my hair very quick? while she cutting, her finger touch my eyes, she did not even say sorry to me..... read more
Great Place ask for Rachelle - she is wonderful. great service, very friendly staff. you get the feeling that everyone likes and respects each other which makes going there a pleasure.
Extremely poor service inclusive of upper management Jan 30 ,2006 I paid $750 for hair extensios at Noelle Salon in Boston. On Feb 3, 2006 I made an appt with Inna King to have my hair layered for a more blended look, she proceeded to cut off the entire length of my extensions. I contacted the manager April Simard on Monday with the situation, and pro-vided her with the original reciept, the stylist confirmed that the extensions had been cut back to my original hair length. Awesome place My kids and I love going here. The people are very nice and professional. They do a great job on our hair and offer us refreshments. Hair Excitement is a full-service salon. They offer tanning, manicure, pedicures, facial, etc.... I tried the tanning, which was fine, but I broke out with a rash, not due to Hair Excitement but because I was allergic. They kindly refunded my money. This place is a must for great hair!
