Amazing Master Stylist & Friendly Staff I can only write a review based on my own amazing stylist and what I've seen. Angela has worked patiently with my ever changing coarse hair and spends time and effort always to get the color and cut down to what I like....at this point, I trust her enough to tell me what's best and do it that way....haven't been disappointed yet! Focus on the good! I have been going to the Dover location for over 10 years and while a little on the pricey side.....have always had good service. Ask for Inna, on top of getting a good cut, she just may put you to sleep with the shampoo:-). You will not be disapointed. Yes, alot of stylists did leave, but hairdressers can be a funny bunch. Hair Excitment is a great company to work for. I just started as a designer at Hair Excitement in Dover. I worked in a salon for about 12 years in my current area prior and then spent the past two years teaching at a beauty school. I missed the client interaction and being able to create designs myself. I was hired to work for Hair Excitement and chose the Dover location. It's been a wonderful experience and I'm proud to work this team. Thanks Ladies

WHERE DID JADE GO ? by Kevin C I've been going to the one in Dover for the last 5 yrs. I called yesterday to make an appointment with Jade. She is an excellent hair stylist with an awesome personality, and always does a super job. They told me that Jade no longer works there and that there are only 2 left from the hairdressers that were there. Why did all the stylists leave??? I went in there this week and there were only TWO stylists left! 16 others quit or took other positions. The place was deserted, I thought it was shutdown when I drove up to it. They are planning on filling the vacancies but does anyone know what happened??
Hair Excitment is HORRIBLE!!!! I went to the one in Rochester, NH. I've been going there for a long time but always to the same girl and never really had any problems. Then today I took my 8.5 month old to get his 6th (yes 6th) haircut and went as a walk in...well BIG MISTAKE!!! VIVIAN f*cked my sons hair up! She took a big chunk right near his ear and the whole haircut is totally uneven...there are other spots she didn't even cut at all. I know it's not easy to cut a baby's hair...but he was so good...she shouldn't have had... read more
they are reallly good ! i love hair excitment. she(tracy) ALWAYS cuts my hair how i want it. it is really expensive.. but every cut is worth it because tracy does SUCH a good job. i go there everytime for my cuts/colors. and she makes conversation and she sounds really experienced. so if you are thinking of going there.. make sure you make an apt with tracy !
