I went in tonight to get my daughter's hair flat ironed for her graduation tomorrow morning. We got there right at 6. 2 hours before closing. I was refused service. Was told that NONE of the 3 ladies there were available to do it. I have been to this store several times the last few months and spent a good amount of money on 2 Keratin treatments plus 3 haircuts, and I get refused tonight because it was a $12 flat iron. Very disappointed.
