Staff is friendly and cuts are fine. They usually claim "no wait" with signage, but don't trust the sign! I've never had "no wait".
Took a long time to choose a new salon but when the first stylists I see upon entering have long hair I breathed a sigh of relief. Katherine did a great job and her confidence that long layered cut wasn't really necessary was a further comfort. Hope to make this a regular occurence but for now won't add the app since the reviews are so bad.
