I was looking for a new hairdresser since I first moved to lombard. My last stylist was from hair cuttery in broadview. She did beautiful cuts and colors in me. The other girls were good too. My mistake was thinking all hair butteries are like that one. The guy with dark curly hair and a blob of blonde on one side. Though his hair looked very nice but he probably had someone else cut and color it I wanted a color and highlights and a trim I left there my hair was all broken and chopped up. RecommendedI am super excited and happy with my experience that I had at color Cuttery and Roosevelt/Highland. It was a longer process which I was already prepared for it knowing that I was doing a big colored hairstyle when I had brown and red hair. Everything turned out amazing I am really happy and I definitely do recommend them and I recommend if you do hairstyles like this to go with Gwen!!!
I had an excellent hair stylist. She was very energetic, always making conversation very outgoing personality could connect with the stylist and so amazing with the work!!

Horrible customer service. Would not honor my confirmed appointment time because they read the computer screen wrong. Would not accomodate me even though it was clearly their mistake.
I have been getting my hair cut by Christy Hoffmann for a few years now. She is an amazing stylist and a truly wonderful person! I haven't been able to get in for trim in a few month and yet I'm still getting compliments on the cut, it's held up that well! Highly recommend seeing her!
This is the worst place to get anything to your hair done. I got a keratin treatment and I followed all of the instructions given to me and even bought the shampoo for it at their location. Soon I figured out the only effect it gave me was frizzier hair and my hair began to fall out very frequently in large amounts. I called back to let them know and was treated poorly and nothing was done about it.
