The experience I had recently with both your Andorra location and customer service was appalling. I recently hosted a fundraiser because I lost my twin boys and wanted to get a trim prior to the event. I figured I would try hair cuttery since a trim is not difficult. Needless to say, the trim was BUTCHERED and I was given a bob. I was in tears and called your customer service and they offered a refund of the cut but would not cover the cost to have it fixed elsewhere (because I did not trust to have it done at hair cuttery).... read more
