Good price, great haircuts You may feel tempted not to go into a chain barbershop, but this one seems to make you want to enter. The've got a number of professionals working on different sets of hair at the same time, all the while providing great hair cuts, and good advice for those that need it. Although I use different hair stylists every time I enter because I don't typically like to wait forever to get my haircut, they all end up giving me a great haircut, and I feel like a new person. Fine I've never gotten a real dramatic cut there, only trims. The place could be cleaner, but all of the employees are nice and they've given me good cuts. I wouldn't go there if you want real layering or bangs. A friend had a stylist at some hair cuttery near her really change things up, and it didn't come out too well. If you have simple hair and want a cheap and easy cut this is the place to go. P.S. Letti is the best stylist at this location!
Carolyn Loved going to the hair cuttery at Pantops. Michele E was awesome and now I need a new do and just found out she is no longer there. And they won't tell me where she is. I have had such great success with her and this is a real let me down. Does anyone know where she is?
Pantops is AWSOME! I love, love the Pantops location. They're kind, talented, and they listen! I would recommend any of the stylist there. I've always left feeling beautiful, and stylish. All at a price that I could afford.
Pantops Location is the Best I got a really great cut on Pantops location only. She listened to what I asked for and was able to give me a cut that no one else could accomplish in other salons where I spent twice the price or more. Although all of the locations could use more experience with color. The real difference from the other locations- is that she took the time to listen to me and they suggest products rather than push them on you. Barracks Road is horrible. Horrible Service! The staff at this Hair Cuttery needs more training. None of them could answer questions about hair products or perming. They were extremely rude and very unprofessional. They would talk to customers as loud as they could about personal issues with their hair. When I was waiting in line, I saw two woman quickly walk out shaking their heads. After spending less than 5 minutes waiting, I knew why. This place needs new management and staff that actually know how to treat customers and their hair!
Try Pantops ...and ask for Rosalyn! For a great cut and great service, look for Rosalyn at the Pantops location. Not only was she equipped to take me on as a customer with particular hair needs (not always the case in other salons/with other stylists), but she was cheerfully willing to do so and, in addition to having a wonderful cut, I had a wonderful experience ...and all at an affordable cost. I look forward to my next appointment with Rosalyn!
Waste of money Horrible!!! I wasted so much money to end up with hair that looks horrible. I will never go back. They do not have well trained employees!!! How experienced are the employees? They really seem like they don't know what they are doing.
Hair Cuttery is a good value Just like pretty much any other business it's a roll of the dice. I've had rough results but since I got connected (again) with Michelle on Pantops everything has turned out great. she's thoughtful, talented, and listens (!!). She's right up front and to the left as you walk in.
