Pantops Location is the Best I got a really great cut on Pantops location only. She listened to what I asked for and was able to give me a cut that no one else could accomplish in other salons where I spent twice the price or more. Although all of the locations could use more experience with color. The real difference from the other locations- is that she took the time to listen to me and they suggest products rather than push them on you.

Horrible Service! The staff at this Hair Cuttery needs more training. None of them could answer questions about hair products or perming. They were extremely rude and very unprofessional. They would talk to customers as loud as they could about personal issues with their hair. When I was waiting in line, I saw two woman quickly walk out shaking their heads. After spending less than 5 minutes waiting, I knew why. This place needs new management and staff that actually know how to treat customers and their hair!

Try Pantops ...and ask for Rosalyn! For a great cut and great service, look for Rosalyn at the Pantops location. Not only was she equipped to take me on as a customer with particular hair needs (not always the case in other salons/with other stylists), but she was cheerfully willing to do so and, in addition to having a wonderful cut, I had a wonderful experience ...and all at an affordable cost. I look forward to my next appointment with Rosalyn!

All depends on the stylist but I'm pleased! The Hair Cuttery at Pantops is courteous, clean and run efficiently. I like being able to simply walk-in for a hair cut and for a mom of young kids, it is nice that they have flexible night and weekend hours.

Carolyn Loved going to the hair cuttery at Pantops. Michele E was awesome and now I need a new do and just found out she is no longer there. And they won't tell me where she is. I have had such great success with her and this is a real let me down. Does anyone know where she is?

Pantops is AWSOME! I love, love the Pantops location. They're kind, talented, and they listen! I would recommend any of the stylist there. I've always left feeling beautiful, and stylish. All at a price that I could afford.

Hair Cuttery can't cut it...in Charlottesville, Va. The Barracks Rd. Hair Cuttery needs better trained staff. The women who cut my hair, 1)didn't own any hair products to use on my hair and had to borrow them from her colleague, 2)She didn't own a flat-iron and had to borrow one also, 3)left one side shorter than the other , 4)the flat iron she borrowed was so cheap it didn't really work , 5)she was unsure if she should cut it wet or dry and to top it off, she didn't seem all that interested in her job or how to cut my hair.... read more

dont get amanda!!! hair cuttery barracks is a very busy salon... i landed a bad egg !! my stylist was amanda. she was rude and made me feel small. ill never go back to her. her personality was the same as a wet mop. ask for wanda!!!

Waste of money Horrible!!! I wasted so much money to end up with hair that looks horrible. I will never go back. They do not have well trained employees!!! How experienced are the employees? They really seem like they don't know what they are doing.
