I am very dissapointed with our experience today! I went in at around 1130am with my two daughters. We were told it would be about 20/25 minutes, which was no problem. an hour later at 1230pm we were told "just a few more minutes". I could tell it was a busy day, so I didn't mind waiting a little longer than I was told. Kelly is an amazing hair stylist which is why I keep going back to Hair Cuttery. I’m very happy with the experiences I have had there. She does an excellent job on my hair and is always cheerful and takes pride in her work. It’s nice to have a hair stylist that listens and takes the time to make sure her customers are happy with their results. She’s the best!

They need to change their sign of services. Been in there a couple of times and the last two times we have asked for their shampoo and cut for kids for $18 but by the stylists definition this is only a cut. This time my son left with four knicks on his ears and neck and hair way shorter than the picture he showed. Won’t be back again.
