I have very long hair. I went to get a trim the lady wanted me to cut half my hair off.. I said absolutely not. I want a trim with layers. I get home and straighten my hair and it looks like I let my 9 yrs old cut my hair. I'm devastated. I don't think I'll ever go back!!!
Their sign says open, website says open but they say "we are closed" at 6:51pm today. Not hood customer service at all! My husband was not happy with them.
I can't say enough about the enthusiasm of the staff at the Hair Cuttery in Chicopee, MA. The staff are well-tuned to each other and that creates an enjoyable atmosphere in which to be pampered with the best styles, colors and cuts. My stylist, Adam Consolmagno, knows my hair, its texture and is so knowledgeable with current trends. He creates brilliant color choices for making me look and feel my best.
I don't have long hair that begin with so I'm getting an $18 haircut was totally not worth it it was totally not expecting that so I'm pretty pissed about it I'll most likely never come back to Hair Cuttery I don't care where it is
Absolutely love going here! Everyone is so nice and so talented! You feel so welcome by the staff;)
