I drove 30 minutes to get a haircut here. It would have been my second visit. I had an appointment for 1:30. Apparently, my hairdresser wasn't there, but no one could be bothered to tell me. I got out of work early to do this. Receptionist didn't think I had an appointment. They are not very courteous. I won't go back. They should have been more helpful. Poor customer service. I have been in customer service and would have barbarity and fixed it.It's a shame if the hairdressers are good as they will lose business.

My son came home extremely disappointed with his haircut. After telling the stylist he didn’t want too much taken off the top, she chopped the entire front. Apparently stylist was talking to other staff and lost track of what she was doing. Extremely disappointed, distraught 14 year old.

The people were so nice and my stylist Rebecka did an awesome job. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she was very knowledgeable about what hairstyles would look best for my face shape, what was in style, and what I'd be comfortable with.
My hair has never felt this soft, and looks great too. Thank you Sarah!
Just spent 3 hrs with Jill for color and it came out beautiful!! I always have a good experience here and I will definitely recommend!!
Hairdresser did not blow dry my hair so when i got home and dried it i noticed a chunk of hair in the back that is shorter than the rest of my hair in the back. Looks horrible i have to clip my hair back to hide it

Just brought my son there for haircut... What a fantastic job... So good with him and he loved his haircut... Wish I had gotten her name to give her credit.... He said he wants her to cut it all the time... Great job
My kids get hair cuts here service is good and it's pretty quick.
