Quoted 15-20. Sat for an hour. No one checked on us or gave time update. Watched 2 employees leave as the lobby had 3 other guests waiting. And the other staff were all doing color. The customers time is just as valuable and now not able to go else where this evening since we waited a hour there. Not impressed.
My husband needed a haircut Saturday - no wait and stylist Sierra cut it exactly the way he wanted it. Great service and great price!
This was start to finish an AMAZING experience. Kyle was, is and forever will be perfection!! I went in with a serious hot mess and left with just hotness!! He was very attentive and when I said have at it just make me not look awful he did exactly that! Seriously AMAZING!! That being said every one in the salon was extremely friendly. It was a very pleasant atmosphere! I will be back bringing my 3 girls, my mother and sister.
This was my first time visiting Hair Cuttery at this location my appointment was with Morgan and I could not be any happier with my haircut. I have very thick hair and she was able to thin my hair and give me a cut that works with my lifestyle. I am very pleased with my cut and would highly recommend her and will be using her in the future.
Kyle cut my hair yesterday when I decided that it was time to get rid of the color and go al naturale. He did such a great job. I love him.
I've been going to this location for years and have only had 1 bad experience ever, with a stylist who is no longer there. Michelle recently added cognac lowlights to my hair and did a beautiful job! Everyone in the shop is friendly and helpful with styling questions. My son, who hates haircuts, has actually had more success with the women at this location than any other place we've taken him. They're all very patient!
Michelle (she dresses kind of new wave, with glasses) is the best! Always friendly, asks specifically what I want done, and cuts hair with care and great skill. I always feel like I look a lot better when she's done with me! In fact, I need a cut today. I hope she's there!
They said 20 minutes so I waited. It was an hour plus. Other than that it was ok.
