He patiently answered all our questions and even went the extra mile to accommodate our schedule. Luis took his time to be completely thorough, ensuring every last nit was gone. we went today and maria gave us a great service. while she was working on my granddaughters hair she was explaining everything about lice and how to better take care of her hair after the treatment maria also advice us on products they have for future treatments.
If I could put ZERO stars I would! My daughter went for a lice removal AND went for a follow up a week later. And they did NOT do a good job. She still had lice le after 2 visits! My daughter kept telling me her head itches and I when I called 5 weeks after the follow up they just told me - you’re over the 30 day guarantee, you have to pay for a full service again. Unbelievably unacceptable for such an expensive service. They had ZERO consideration! Save your money and go somewhere else or do it yourself.
Amazing service! Very kid friendly. My 4 year old was having a scare and they took care and took all precautions! 10/10 recommend!
