Very disappointed with this salon. I called ahead to ask about pricing for my service, and they quoted me a specific amount over the phone. When I arrived and received the service, they charged me significantly more than what was verbally mentioned.It felt dishonest—like they used the lower price to get me in the door, only to surprise me with a higher charge afterward. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is really off-putting and erodes trust. I won't be returning and would caution others before booking.
Good haircut, they ask how you want it cut and do as you say.
