Always pleased
I feel soooo incredibly bad! She was super busy and I misunderstood what she had asked. We sat their waiting patiently for some time and her next appointment comes walking in about 10min early. She was able to squeeze my son in and take care of him and did an AMAZING job!! She is definitely our new hair lady and we will definitely make sure to make an appointment next time! Bless her for not shunning me or making me feel horrible. I very much appreciated the amazing customer service!!!
