She always does a good job and tries to accommodate me if I don’t have a pre-scheduled appointment.
Called first thing this morning to schedule an afternoon appointment I get there early and wait 425 hits and some guy walks right in as she’s sweeping the last clients hair up and she asks him if he has an appointment he replied yes 430 and proceeds to sit in her chair and she tells me I’m in the wrong for saying something when I tell her I thought I was your 420 today and I even called an hour before hand at 330 pm to verify the time because it’s been a busy day if you double book clients for the same time it reverts back t... read more
