I got my hair dyed here and was a bit disappointed with the results. I got blue in my hair (which if you dont know, takes FOREVER to get out) and it looked great when we first did it but it faded completely within a month. I was washing it with room temp water once a week so it took only 4 washes for it to completely fade out of bleached hair. When we get our hair colored, it can be a pretty big deal, especially if we are paying >$400. We hope for something that enhances our self-expression and increases our confidence. We place our trust (and our tresses!) in the hair stylist. With any haircut, hair style, or hair coloring, there is always the potential for mistakes. One would hope that those mistakes could be corrected, especially if the hair stylist offers to do so.
