I had such a great experience with Nelson for my digital perm! I have virgin straight hair and wanted to change things up. Nelson was very sweet, attentive, transparent, and trust worthy with the process. The salon is very relaxing and peaceful which made this self care day perfect. I highly recommend booking with Nelson :)
Great experience
Worst Experience EVER. I had stylist named Julie after finding her on tiktok. She washed my hair very aggressively and then told me she couldn’t cut layers on me because my hair is too thick. I left the salon with soaking wet hair!!! If you are not Korean do not come here.
I had a great experience getting my haircut with Nelson! I highly recommend it! He’s friendly and my cut + styling and hair color turned out just like how I wanted!
got a haircut from julie and asked for long layers. layers are short and choppy, not blended at all. bangs are uneven. didn’t say anything before i left because i couldn’t even tell anything was off because of the fact that it was styled. when i washed and dried my hair and i was absolutely horrified. it looks like i’m wearing bad extensions because of how unblended the layers are. very disappointed considering the good reviews.
