Could not recommend Flo more. I’ve been a client for 8 years and regularly get cuts, color and the Cezanne smoothing treatment. The Cezanne is unreal, does what a Brazilian does, but no risk of over drying, no risk of losing volume. It smooths and de frizzes and last for months. Highly recommend!!
She’s very rude, is doing multiple clients at the same time your hair is being colored, insults you, charge more than luxury places and is often late to her appointments. It’s like she forgets she’s doing hair while you sit in her chair looking at yourself in the mirror wondering if your hair is burning … Wouldn’t recommend my hair shouldn’t be this damaged. Also, work on your customer service skills, that’s what will retain clientele.
