I've been going to Carissa since the beginning of 2014. I look forward every visit because I know it's going to be the most relaxing 1-2 hrs of my week. She always does exactly what I ask and if I come in with a wacky request, she always improvises to meet me half way knowing that I wouldn't be satisfied with the end result. Love that girl!
I get my hair cut with Kim! I brought my almost 4yr old daughter in last week for a haircut and she wasn’t having it. Kim was so so very patient with my daughter. She got down on her level and talked to her, showed her the chair, let her pick out a cape, offered her 4lollipops, even offered to paint her toes! My daughter was not willing to budge but we will keep trying! Thank you!
Brittany was incredible. Two sessions and she gave me my dream hair. She is thoughtful and wonderful. Hands down amazing.
Brittney was great. Listened, and put a good effort to what I wanted. First time in years I was excited about a cut and color. She had good ideas on colors so I could transition to my next color choice in a few months. The owner helped me with some make up solutions. She did a wonderful job finding shades.
If you haven't tried the spa that is a must. Great place
I live in NYC and actually come to get my hair done by Jen Bingham when I’m in CT because I trust her more with my color than anyone else. I recently had a hair disaster in NYC and was so upset. First it was dyed WAY too dark then when I went back for them to fix it my hair ended up being black and red. I went to Jen the following week and she spent 3 hours undoing the damage done... she even had to strip my hair.
