The doctor was very thorough. Provided great information on my Wrist fracture. He provided pros and cons of surgery versus healing in the cast, which I appreciated.
Was tentative (and, tbh, skeptical) about treatment/seeing a specialist. Dr. Jiao immediately set my mind at ease, walked me through my options and helped me through my selected treatment option. Support staff were exemplary, also. Talked me through everything and communicated clearly.
