The level of care,the expertise and the interaction in all areas of Crystal Clinic are second to none. Dr.Ciao is definitly one of the best surgeons in the country in this field if not the best overall. Tons of research, phone calls and personal experience is how I have come to this summation. Dr.Ciao is always thinking of ways to improve quality of life. I know this personally. I am lucky to have found my way there.
Dr. Jiao became unprofessional over time, raising his voice during visits and dismissing my pain because it didn’t align exactly with where he expected based on MRI findings. He discussed my medical information with the door open and ultimately sent me away for a second opinion instead of addressing my worsening pain. I felt dismissed and unsupported.
