The motor repair of my heater blower was done promptly on a Saturday evening. The tech’s rate was the same weekday vs. weekend. Unfortunately that motor and related parts were over $400. I did not get an itemized receipt until 4 days later after I called to request it. The secretary said “...it’s been emailed to you...” When asked if she’d just done it, she acknowledged. I can’t question the results but just the transparency.

On time, gave explanation of work and charges after looking at problems and before proceeding with repair. I appreciated that. He was very polite, nice guy. Worked quickly and I have heat!!

I haver used Haining for many years to do my annual upkeep visits for furnace, tankless hot water heaters and evaporative cooler. Their work is done accurately without forgetting anything. They are always on time unless they notify me. In this time of COVID they wear masks in my home. If there is any question they are prompt in calling me so we can make a decision. Their cost is higher than a handyman, but these guys have a lot of experience and are good at problem solving. Wayne was here most recently-we like him.

We have used Haining routinely for all our plumbing and HVAC needs including installing a new HVAC unit this past winter. We have always been pleased with their work. We most recently had Landon here. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very personable. Absolutely no concerns or complaints. We would highly recommend Haining.

I have recently used Haining Home Services and the technician that came to my home was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get my equipment serviced and running well for the summer in a timely manner and he showed up within the window that I was told. Also we felt that the fee was reasonable and we even signed up for their Comfort Club that has perks and discounted pricing! My husband and I would recommend them to anyone who may need some heating, cooling or plumbing services.

Haining botched a boiler installation at our office building and then refused to correct the situation or compensate us for the work that had to be completed by another company. Haining used to be the gold standard for plumbing and heating in this market. No more! Take my advice and find someone else who will stand behind their work. Since being bought out by ******* this company is not to be avoided at all cost.
