Friendly and prompt, however charged us $597.00 to fix a $410.00 hot water heater. Then told us it was recommended we buy a new hot water heat soon....they did the work, but was it ethical?
Very efficient, professional, timely and would not hesitate to call Haining again.

I called Haining to have someone check my boiler and, to my surprise, they scheduled me within a couple of days. The Tech called to say he was on his way and was at my house right on time! I watched carefully as Ben did all his checking and he explained what he was doing & why. I was pleased with his knowledge and the confidence with which he worked. Haining Plumbing and Heating has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I do not say that lightly at age 63. I became a de facto customer of theirs on 12/22/20. A "tech" had gotten permission to solve a tree root blocked main sewer line from his "boss" and arrived that day with a snake and a camera. He was flummoxed by the "cleanout" (finding it defunct) and told me that it was no big deal to come in the future and pull the toilet to snake it. We tried earnestly in good faith to help diagnose and fix the issue but soon realized that she was not interested in paying for any of our services. She asked our employees to agree to trade under the table for massages and other products, so we had to make the decision to ask her to look elsewhere for plumbing services.
