Dr Haines and his staff are always professional and friendly. They provide excellent service to their patients
Went for my first eye exam in many years and ended up being my first time getting glasses. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Haines was very personable and explained everything so I understood my exam and the findings. I'm looking forward to getting my new glasses and seeing the world in a new light!
After going somewhere else for years and always complaining about my glasses, I switched to Haines & my first visit changed that frustrating. While checking for lense strength the good doctor recognized something wasn't right and said, let's start from scratch. He tells me I don't have astigmatism in my left eye. I had worn glass for it many years. My glasses have the correct lenses and I can see now! A few years later he diagnosed me with narrow angle glaucoma and arranged laser treatment.
