Love the customer service and Dr is great. Been going for several years now and I have not had any complaints
I was extremely pleased . Everyone was so very polite and helpful. Took my granddaughter but I will go back for my exam and glasses also.
Dr. Haines is amazing. Always a good doctor but recently went above and beyond when I had an emergency situation with my eye. The staff is always helpful and nice.
Dr. Haines is very thorough and conscientious about the individual needs and concerns of patients. Our entire family wears glasses but each of us has very different prescriptions and visual issues; he listens and addresses them all. Appointments are easy to schedule, follow ups as well -- if necessary. Also, our glasses are delivered and fitted usually in about a week to 10 days.
Very Friendly staff and the Doc is a pleasure to deal with. The wait time is usually very short for your appointment. Best place I have been to for eye care. They have a large inventory of glasses to choose from as well.
