Hard working people are here, although it took a little more time to load but they were working hard in the summer heat
Good people fast loading and respectful
A million stars aren't enough for this warehouse team. The service and efficiency are unbeatable. I went to pick up the cargo and left loaded in 20 minutes, a new world record. They are excellent. Thank you very much.
We had a pickup scheduled here at 6pm, but when our driver arrived, no one was there. The broker then rescheduled the appointment for 7am the next morning. By 8am, still no one had shown up. When someone finally arrived, they realized the product wasn’t even on site. It had already been moved, but no one knew where it was or had any information about it. We waited 3 more hours for an update on what to do, only to be told that we had to go to a different location to actually pick it up. This was a complete lack of communicati... read more
I came to pick up load and the product i came to pick up they sent it a hour away. Wasted a day waiting, really bad communication with broker and unorganized
