I had a terrible experience at this salon. I asked for a balayage and the stylist completely just bleached my hair. Not only was it not what I asked for but it looked terrible. Patchy and orange. When I got home and realized how bad my hair actually was. When I put it in a pony tail it looked like only half my hair was dyed. I called the salon in tears. Ask for Courtney Whalen. I went to her even when my hair was looking a Hott Mess and Courtney made my hair healthier and I felt presentable even beautiful.
I had my hair cut by Hilary who did an excellent job. I have curly, out of control hair and she really took the time to understand what I wanted and was very knowledgeable. I was going for bangs and she made double sure not to cut them too short. I'll be going back!
