Horrible attitude. I don’t know how this people stays in business.
FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES. We returned the apartment to the same (if not better condition) upon move-out. A month later we were hit with charges totaling almost $2,000. Even damages of normal wear and tear in the public spaces was on our bill. Clear violations of NC tenant laws. Also unresponsive to issues with broken windows and cooling units.
