Horrible experience. Damaged the interior of my vehicle. Charged more than the estimate. People are very rude and racist. I would not use this business.
I will NEVER use them again!! After having hail damage, they repaired my bumper. I came to get my car and found my door handle dented and pulled away from my car. They argued that it wasnt them. Then after finally admitting to it, they wanted to give us gift cards instead of fixing it! We refused to leave until they agreed to fix it. When it was done, it looked fixed. It had been re-adhered to our door and the dent was gone. However, we got home and realized there was a rattling in the door. My daughter said child lock was o... read more

The team at Hail Scope 360 walked me through the whole process of getting may poor hail damaged car back looking beautiful. Mike was especially helpful in dealing with how the insurance company dealings work.
What amazing service from Mike and his team. Not only did he save me my deductible but he repaired my car faster than expected. He was constantly working with my insurance company to make sure my car was fixed the right way. Mike even gave me a ride to the airport as a convenance. Best service I've had when it comes to auto repair. 5 Stars for this type of work and customer service. Thank you so much.
