Before going to Haifa I went to five other places and they couldn’t help me, after I talk to Frank at HAIFA MOTORS he assured me that they can help me get into a new car. Frank was awesome! I was in contact with him for about a month before I was finally able to come in and I never felt pressured to move forward. When I finally got there I had the most difficult time getting car insurance and he was so patient with me. After being denied at multiple dealers, Haifa Auto was the only company to work with me, I ended up leaving with a 2020 Ford Escape! Would definitely purchase with Frank and Haifa Auto again! 10/10 customer service!
Read before GOING HERE ! Frank is a scam artist.. my husband got a car on June 27th service light came on June 30th he told me to take it to the mechanic they’ll fix it the same day . Auto zone said it was the transmission and air to fuel ratio… mechanic he sent me to said it. Will take 3 days! Frank then said bring it back to him ANOTHER mechanic will fix it there at the dealership.
