This office has just about the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't understand how they expect people to continue coming back when treated so poorly. It must be nice to have such a successful business even if you treat your customers terribly. I will never use this location again.
We have been attending this dental office for eighteen months and now will never return. Angella Figueroa is a great dentist, the office though, Gentle Dental is atrocious. The billing is a mess. The office manager is rude to the employees and patients. The office manager will never give a straight answer regarding obligations and insurance coverage.
