You never get your test results. I have waited months on referrals. I have to go in every month to get refills. Your wait time is 2 hours r more. He misdiagnosed me twice.
This clinic is a Medicaid fraud clinic. They have patients come in once a month to refill blood pressure pills???? The staff is rude and medically uneducated. You will wait for hours and then wait even longer, when you are finally called back. The doctors ask the patients what their diseases are because, they don't know what they are. If you want legit drs., don't go here.
The doctor is fine although he does not spend enough time with the patients, and half the time you will not even see him, you will get another doctor that is even worse. Furthermore, Half of the services they do is outsourced to providers that may not be in your insurances network. I just noticed a 6500 $ claim on my insurance for bloodwork that is out of network, despite the doctor being in my network.
Overall, the front office staff was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly on my 4 or 5 visits, most were eating, dropping food, and barely giving you their attention, speaking with a mouthul of food.one girl held her spork' IN HER MOUTH,reaching around food to type. her unkempt hair & clothes gave her a slouchy appearance-ESPECIALLY by the bottom of her scrubs being black from stepping on them. exam rooms had scuffed dirty walls and same drips on trash can as well as floor 2 weeks later.
