Honestly, I never saw Dr. Afzal at the clinic on Wallisville, this was after going there for a year. However, the nurses and the PA were very nice and professional. I wish I could say the same about the front desk and those checking out patients...very lack lust and clueless about insurance and information regarding when to come back. I'm happy I didn't have serious health issues, otherwise I would be doomed or worse.

If I could give zero stars I would! The staff is very unprofessional. I have never been to a doctor’s office where they are rude and everyone in there has on FLIP FLOP, JEANS, and HEADPHONES! I was so confused to see MA’s, nurses, managers, doctors, front desk, and lab techs all dressed this way in a professional setting. Not only that but no one greets you or even acknowledges you except the doctor that talks to you for 3 minutes max. But besides all that the wait is terribly long. Yes I sure would. I wanted to find a new Dr so my friend told me about this Dr. I went to his doctor office in Baytown and everyone was very friendly and treated me like family. I have now found the Dr that I have been looking for. They are also very interested in your wellness and talk time with you and very quick to get their patients in and out. I can say they are very amazing.

The people he has working here are VERY RUDE. They tell you one thing over the phone and when you get to the office they say that's not how they do things and they would never tell any one that. Basically say that you are a liar !! You can never see Dr. Afzal, it's always a different doctor every time I come here. Each doctor will do something different and never knows what the others did or do. I HATE THIS PLACE !!!
I requested an annual physical. He told me to come return, doing lab work. I knew who I was ensured with. Unfortunately, they sent my lab work to an out of network provide and the bill was > $12,000. Also, found the office staff very unprofessional and totally disorganized. Would never recommend this medical practice.
You never get your test results. I have waited months on referrals. I have to go in every month to get refills. Your wait time is 2 hours r more. He misdiagnosed me twice.
