This man tells me I'm playing the "race card" when I share a very real, negative experience based on negative racial bias that occurs in medical settings. There are studies on racist medical bias. People like HAGstrom say "you're playing the race" card to BIPOC to silence us and the very REAL experiences that occur due to our skin tone.
