Walls are very thin, you hear all your neighbors all the time.
I love the building. Delphi was very attentive and responded to all my questions.
Delphi or any property managers are EVER there or do their job! There is always a inconvenience especially with communication.
UPDATE 11/10/2024: nothing has changed really. Actually, more encampments and more trash are surrounding this property than ever before. If the leasing agency sees this review, please clean up the outside of your apartment complex! The outside is horrendous, dangerous, and disgusting. Residents can’t even walk their kids or dogs on Hagert Street because of the state of the outside perimeter. This exterior of this apartment complex is severely neglected. Just an update re: exterior of property of this complex. Myself and other neighbors have tried repeatedly to get in touch with the property manager with no luck. We’ve emailed them (pictures included) and called and left messages with the Philadelphia leasing office and the property management company itself. No one returns our calls or emails, and residents are tired of dealing with the unsafe environment promoted and fostered by this company.
