I very much appreciated the time Dr. Hagan took to answer my several questions, especially as my needs are low level compared to many of his patients. I did not feel rushed, though the office was VERY busy. My only caveat is the X-ray tech was rather brusque.
Dr. Hagan is a polite and compassionate doctor as well as very competent. He repaired a meniscus tear several years ago for me as well as a successful shoulder replacement. I saw him for a knee problem on this last visit and he showed me where I’m headed for a knee replacement which he doesn’t do but got me referred to someone to discuss this later on. I’ve had over thirty surgeries over my life for mostly orthopedic related issues and Dr. Hagan is one of very few doctors I’ve come to totally trust.
Dr. Hagen and his staff keep you informed every step of the way before and after surgery.
I didn’t have to wait in my room a long time as I expected I would have so that was nice. He always listens to my concerns and I love his staff
In a t-bone car accident, 10 years ago, my tibial plateau (it holds us upright and allows us to walk) was crushed into my tibia bone, eliminating my ability to walk or even stand on my left leg. Dr Hagan devised a way to save my plateau, the femur/thigh bone, rests and rocks, pivots on this surface. 10 years later with my own biological knee, I macerated my meniscus on both sides of the same knee. 6 weeks after surgery and PT, I am again walking around on my own steam, getting back to my normal patterns of life. Dr. Hagan is always very informative, helpful, kind, has time for any questions or concerns. Great bedside manner.
I already recommend Dr. Hagan. I have trusted him to do surgery on my son and myself. I always come away from work done by Dr. Hagan feeling better than I did. What more can you ask!
He & his nurse, Tiffany, were very knowledgeable & explained everything in terms that I could understand! Definitely recommend them!!
He gave me other options besides surgery .
