Excellent Doctor, who LISTENED to me versus just telling me what was wrong. Gave me several course of treatments and was upfront with insurance not covering one of those options, so I could make a more-informed decision about my treatment!
Dr Hagan performed rotator cuff surgery for me a second time. I chose to return to him because of the caring and efficient manner in which he treated me and my family.
Dr. Hagan listens to my concerns, describes everything in detail and helps me make a very informed decision.
It was matter of fact, no chit chat. Dr. was late for my 8:30am appt. if he is running before for whatever reason, just say so. Everyone’s time is as important.
Very pleasurable experience and overall treatment. Received good news about not needing another surgery and overall assessment of the condition of my knee. Very careful and delicate with draining fluid off my knee and receiving an injection for swelling and pain. I will look forward to returning to Dr Hagan again with any future issues.
Process was quick, streamlined, and efficient. Staff was very polite and organized. Dr. Hagan was patient, answered my questions and delivered the diagnosis with empathy.
He was very willing to answer questions from my wife as well as me. He was willing to take time with us. Staff was very nice as well.
Everyone was great The wait was a bit insane. Our appt was aft 2:15 and we didn't leave the office till approx 3:40. We were only there for a consult. Other than that we were happy
Dr. Hagan was genially concerned for my situation, kind and caring. I totally appreciated his honesty and concern.
