My friend was in both jcmc and franklin woods, seen this doctor in both places, and received HORRIBLE treatment! Not only did he speak disrespectful to the patient, he attempted to force him into in-house rehab when it wasn't necessary! He needs to learn he's in East TN, even though they say he's been here for 22 years. For lack of a better word, hillbillies have certain ways about them that no one can change!
