HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have used them before but they have changed.... Did not honor the quote they gave me, said they cleaned my rug and returned it to me damaged and perhaps ruined. Now they want me to pay thousands to fix it. They are not even good about returning calls. This has been going on since July and I still do not have my rug back. I would not even give them one star and am telling all my friends to stay away.
I contacted this company about dyeing a bleached area on my wool rug . They told me an expert would be in touch. Still waiting. Calling another company.
I am so delighted with the service provided by Hadeed rug cleaning. They cleaned and renovated our appox. 100 year old Persian carpet that was my grandmother's. Thank you for keeping this family heirloom in perfect condition.
Thanks for lying to me about the price, adding services I did not request, telling me you would not charge me and then charging me the full amount. That's horrible customer service and dishonest business practices. I would not recommend you to anyone.
Very dissatisfied with the service. My rug was returned and the service had not been completed on the rug that I paid for initially. It took approximately three (3) months to get a small area rug cleaned and the backing replaced. It was not a good job after keeping it almost 3 months. I do not recommend them for your carpet repairs and cleaning!
