RecommendedI've been taking my rugs to them for cleaning for a long time. I got to see the facility where they clean the rugs and it was impressive. Always good service.
This was my first experience with Hadeed Carpet Cleaning. I would definitely use them again. Their customer service people were courteous and knowledgeable and the pick up and delivery service was great. The price they quoted over the phone was what I was charged. They cleaned my antique rug that was in need of serious cleaning and repairing. The rug is 90+ years old and looks almost like new now.
The work done on my 5 rugs was outstanding and I am overjoyed what this company did to make me happy . First class work!
We have used Hadeed in the past for their incredible cleaning services. This time we needed their repair services as well. They did not disappoint. I highly recommend their services!
My carpet looks great!!! The service end of things was pretty lousy. No update call as promised, several rescheduled deliveries. Never called with a delivery time. Just overall less than quality service.
Do your research on this owner and be careful who you let into your home. As a pedestrian, I was struck by one of Hadeed’s company vehicles. The driver of the vehicle did not have a valid drivers license and was arrested. The owner, Joe, refused to return my phone calls and took forever to cooperate with the insurance company. If a business operates like this when it comes to a human being being injured by one of their vehicles, I can only imagine how they treat their customers property.
We have used Joe Hadeed to hand wash our wool area rugs several times over the last couple of years. Their work is outstanding and, as importantly, the drivers who pick up and re-install the rugs are fantastic. On the re-install side, they stay and work on it until it is in the perfect location. They are also on time, remember to wear shoe covers and are courteous. Run Forest Run! Can’t deliver on most basic services because so worried about upselling you to other services. Never deliver on time—have used them twice and both times, major screw up. Had rugs repaired and edges ripped within a month. Will honor repair if you pay—again. Was privy to an exchange between Joe Hadeed and another customer. Shocked they are still in business. Rudeness and tone was so bad I had to leave the room. Like I said run away, far away!
Absolutely HORRIBLE. Supposed to clean a very expensive rug that was my grandmother’s. RUINED IT. Did not take a picture before hand so they denied any part. Looks like they rolled up while wet, when dried, made a mess
