It took over 2 months to have our carpets cleaned and returned. We didn't raise a stink about the time and tried to be understanding. We just had the rugs delivered and noticed an advertisement in the January ZEBRA. When we called about the discount posted in January we were told it only applied to those picked up January (which is not anywhere on the advertisement). I have a very nice Oriental Rug that I purchased while living in Asia - hand stitched, high quality, authentic. It was in need of cleaning so I contacted Hadeed. They were very helpful on the phone and came that day to pick it up in house which was awesome. Unfortunately, that's where the positives stopped. Hadeed Carpet does outstanding work. I have had them do repairs on handmade Persian carpets that I thought to be impossible but they did it. Including repairing discoloring due to my hot water heater breaking, leaking hot water on one corner of the carpet. I though it was ruined but it came back looking great. I just found out they work on All Flooring so I had them come look at the awful condition of the grout on my tile floor. Fingers crossed they can work the same magic.
