I made an appointment to see an apartment. I get there, no one is around. I call and am transferred to an out of office service that gives me the number of "Buddy" the person who was suppose to meet me. I call him and tells me, oh I'm sorry they rented the apartment yesterday they should have told you. Thank you for wasting my time.

This is for the Madison Mall Apartments complex in Madison, NJ. 0 issues for 2 years. Chris & Bob were always there should something go wrong, and were always quick to respond to inquiries or fix requests that we had for the apartment. From move-in day to move-out day, it was truly a pleasure to live there, and we were very sad to leave. If you're looking in Madison, I highly recommend. Goldberg reality needs one star I was foucly evicted in 2015. They harrassing me so much I took my cat and left everything behind. They refuse to do any repairs. The ceiling almost fell on my cat the super blame me. They broke my mailbox the super blame me. They should of made the repairs I would of continuing given them the rent. It's my right to hold on to the money until the repairs are done. Money grabbers I am disabled for gold sake God help you
Another snow storm and once again a great job of plowing the parking lots and cleaning the walk ways. If I could get them to NOT put all the snow in front of my car it would be a win win win situation!
It’s crazy how this place robs people of their money and then think it’s okay. When you work two jobs and they think it’s OWED to them to keep a $500 deposit after only 3 days. JOKE.
The on site superintendent at The Molly Pitcher Village is hands down the best . Always a prefect balance of professionalism with friendliness when taking care of my concerns or issues with my space . The grounds are well kept all year long . Always prompt snow removal followed by salting the walkways keeping residents and friends safe .
